Christmas & New Years Processing Time
As Christmas and New Years are quickly approaching, we’d like to remind everyone that our processing times during December 24th (Christmas Eve), December 25th (Christmas Day) and January 1st (New Years Day) will be delayed until the following business day. This means that:

– all orders placed after our cut off time on December 23rd and orders made on December 24th and December 25th will not be processed and shipped out until December 28th

** correction: packages will be processed and shipped out on December 29th as Canada Post will not be collecting packages on December 28th. This also means that orders placed on December 28th will also be processed and shipped out on December 29th

– all orders placed after our cut off time on December 31st and orders made on January 1st will not be processed and shipped out until January 4th

Our processing time on both weekends remain the same; all orders placed over both weekends will be processed the following business day as usual with no delay.

As the holiday approaches and the traffic and demand for online shopping increases during this time of the year (added to the current pandemic that we are currently experiencing), please take into consideration that delays may be longer than expected compared to processing and shipping times in previous months.

Canada Posts estimated standard delivery dates are still suspended due to the overload of packages that they are receiving as online shopping has become the most convenient and in high demand. Request for signature upon delivery are also still suspended as well.

Please be patient should you choose to place an order, expect that there will be delays and unfortunately as we don’t control Canada Post we do not control the transit time.

** Tracking numbers will take longer than usual to update once it’s been sent out, please give it up to 24 hours to update.

We’ve been informed by Canada Post that all estimated standard delivery dates are suspended. This means that Canada Post is not abiding by their standard delivery dates due to the overload of packages that they are receiving. Should you choose to place an order, expect that there will be delays. Should your package experience any delays, please be patient.

Please note that Canada Post employees are doing their best to keep an essential service operating and are taking extra preventative measures during this time to ensure their own safety in addition to yours.

As we navigate through these uncertain times and challenging circumstances we do so with the safety of our loyal and valued customers and employees as our highest priority. In response, and to do our part in halting the spread of this virus we have made the difficult decision to suspend all operations and temporarily close for the next two weeks effective Wednesday March 25, 2020.
